I love how they come all the way up your leg and there is lacing at the back of the thigh. I bought my usual heel size which is an 11 and they literally fit like a dream. The leg fits well too. I paired it with some sky high skinnies and a black top with shoulder cutouts and a front keyhole.

Because of the reviews I originally ordered a 9.5 but my normal torrid sized is a 9 (a random 8 in one particular strappy heel but that's not the norm) when I got the 9.5 there was a good amount of room in the footbed to the point my foot slid all the way to the front when I walked. I will say the thigh opening is HUGE! I was so sad because as soon as I stood up the legs fell down to about mid Shin. I was so sad. Out of curiosity I decided to order a pair in my true size which is 9 and the foot fit perfectly and also the thigh fit a little better. It's tighter than the 9.5. I refuse to give up on these boots. I found some boot hacks for when the leg part is too large so I'm going to try those. I'm a true flat foot person. I have ZERO arch. My foot completely touches the floor and these are a dream to walk in. I would recommend getting your normal size but if you have chubby feet or are prone to swelling, I recommend going up half a size. They don't hurt like non-platform heels do. I would recommend it these but if you're like me, someone who has drumsticks for legs, meaning your actual thigh is pretty freaking big but your calf and ankles are on the thinner side, you are probably going to run into issues with the leg part but like I stated but YouTube comes to the rescue. My body is weird. I have big flat feet, smaller ankles and calf's, normal thigh highs don't work for me because the foot is too narrow but the calf/ ankle part fits perfectly and the upper thigh (for thigh highs) is too small so I refuse to give up on these! Hahahaha! My poor legs are all over the place. PLEASE TORRID MAKE REGULAR WIDTH CALF BOOTS FOR THE PEOPLE WHO DON'T NEED WIDTH CALF BOOTS BUT DO NEED THE WIDTH IN THE FEET.

The last available size was a 7.5, so I took chance, desperately hoping they would fit. I'm happy to report, not only did they fit, they're actually a little roomy. Even on my wide feet, I still have a good bit of room in them. The foot of the boot is wide, so you may have to size down. The ankle part is snug, not tight. I was able to zip it up comfortably without much effort while wearing an ankle sock. If you want to wear a thick crew or over-the-knee sock with these, you may have a problem. I only where ankle socks with my boots, so they work perfectly for me. They were so cute and comfortable, I just ordered them in red too. Now, if they would only make these in a faux leather, I'd be in pure boot bliss.

They sell out really fast when restocked. If you aren't use to wearing heels these are a learning curve. Very sexy boots, I feel sexy in them. I got a 9.5 and it works for me. The width isn't wide enough for me. But it isn't super obvious.

The lacing allows you to loosen them to pull on over skinny jeans, or tighten them so they won't slide down your bare skin while you're walking around. They go on easier with help, but the softness of the faux suede means you can get into them yourself without too much trouble. And at 5'8" and 250lbs, they FIT. And they look AMAZING.

I had no issues zipping them up and they are pretty comfy considering how high they are. The only issue I have is that they are a bit loose at the thigh and I've tightened them as much as I can, I wish they were more adjustable. I just hope they don't fall down while wearing them out. Perhaps some thicker leggings or jeans underneath will help. Still, they are great and look so sexy and I'm glad I purchased them. recommend!!
